As a result of increased market demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead on our Digital Core advisory and transformation projects with SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid track record of business consulting engagements and end-to-end business transformation delivery for clients. In the Intelligent Industry Supply Chain practice, industry expertise in CPRD (Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution), MALS (Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences) or Utilities sectors is essential to enable the growth of this capability.

You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to understand the business impact of SAP technologies (SAP S/4HANA and others) and implications for client executives, guiding them through their SAP-enabled end-to-end transformation journey. This skillset enables you to discuss new technology and data-driven business models and to deliver Digital Core transformation programmes, leveraging Capgemini’s full suite of products and services.

The Digital Core Transformation Management Consultant/Senior Manager is a self-motivated, highly analytical and strategic individual with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. You are a team player who enjoys leading and developing teams, with a high degree of collaborative and innovative spirit. You will work alongside established technical architects, digital specialists, consulting and SAP delivery teams to help clients scope and envision their future business model, build the case for change, design and build their S/4HANA-enabled transformation, and support rollout and adoption.

As part of your role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities in the following areas:

• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & Development – Training to support career development, skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.

As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale projects, coaching and developing our talents. Key expectations include:

• Lead, develop and engage Capgemini Invent resources to enable the identification and delivery of value, bringing the best resources to clients.
• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short- and/or long-term value creation.
• Ensure the quality of the work with a focus on client impact and tangible results.

Identify and create business opportunities across client accounts and projects. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and broaden the footprint in existing client relationships. Develop and collate intellectual capital and knowledge initiatives that result in significant client impact and strengthen Capgemini Invent's external reputation.

Proven ability to succeed in a matrix organisation and enlist support from peers in delivering consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and delivery. Currently working in a major consulting firm, or in industry with a consulting background. Experience of business development – leveraging relationships and networks to generate revenue (circa £1m). Proven SAP S/4HANA programme/project management with a focus on business transformation activities.
