As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, initially focusing on highāimpact change within Consumer Products and Retail. You will help clients navigate outsourcing and wider transformation programmes by shaping and delivering change initiatives.
Client Delivery- Lead key workstreams or mediumāsized and complex transformation initiatives; manage client contracts, budgets and resourcing.
- Lead delivery teams and mentor junior members, enabling capability development.
- Drive development of new Change Management offerings, leveraging existing assets and incorporating fresh insights to strengthen our services.
- Play a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2026 strategy.
- Business Development ā Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and event hosting.
- Internal Contribution ā Campaign development, thinkātanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment, team events.
- Learning & Development ā Training, certifications and support for career development.
- Proven experience leading global outsourcing and transformation programmes, including endātoāend design and delivery of employee transition strategies.
- Experience delivering complex, multiāsupplier transformation initiatives across Consumer Products and Retail.
- Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder management and delivery.
- Current employment at a major consulting firm.
- Commercial acumen to structure mutually beneficial deals and identify automation / tooling opportunities.
- Familiarity with multiple delivery approaches, especially hybrid models that combine change and Agile.
- Holds related qualifications: PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change qualification or equivalent, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Agile equivalents, MSP, MoP, P3O from Axelos.
- Proven success in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support and commitment from peers.
- Experience in proposition building and transition from sales to delivery.
