Your Role
As a Recruitment Technology and Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering and embedding the SmartRecruiters platform as part of a wider Talent Acquisition and HR transformation agenda. You will act as the subject matter expert for recruitment technology, combining hands-on SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, and Employee Central), as well as Oracle Recruitment, Workday Talent Acquisition expertise with strong project management to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of the platform.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Partnering with global recruitment and HR leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting their decision-making on recruitment technology direction and future-ready talent acquisition.
- Leading and coordinating the delivery of recruitment technology engagements, with a focus on SmartRecruiters implementation and optimisation, including transitions from SAP SuccessFactors to SmartRecruiters.
- Developing and advising on technology-enabled recruitment strategies and operating models, translating business and talent priorities into pragmatic, achievable solutions.
- Applying deep expertise across the recruitment technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, AI-driven talent intelligence and automation platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Phenom, Eightfold).
- Contributing to the evolution of recruitment technology offerings, helping convert emerging trends and leading practices into practical, scalable client deliverables.
