Your Role
As a Cloud Transformation Managing Consultant or Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will be instrumental in guiding organisations through their cloud adoption journey. In this role, you will lead multi‑workstream cloud & infrastructure transformations from strategy and business case through delivery and benefits realisation for enterprise clients. You will coach cross‑functional teams and partners, run programme governance, and translate complex technical change into measurable business outcomes.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
You’re passionate about helping organisations transform through technology and thrive in a fast‑paced environment and matrixed organisation. You bring a mix of technical understanding, consulting mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving. We’re looking for individuals with experience in some of the following areas:
- Leading or managing medium‑to‑large cloud & infrastructure programmes (e.g. cloud transformations, data centre exits, data centre transformations)
- Leading or managing cloud migrations with at least one of AWS, Azure or GCP
- Aligning cloud & infrastructure strategies to business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with DevOps, FinOps, platform engineering and SRE is desirable
- Change and adoption for business and IT (training, communication etc.) is nice to have
- Leading cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring programme timelines and benefits realisation
- Strong programme governance including business case, dependency management, roadmap, RAID, exec reporting, scope/SOW management
- Stakeholder management across senior execs, finance, procurement, engineering, security and operations
- Risk, compliance and security awareness and how they influence programme decisions
- Ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Collaborating with 3rd party vendors and managing supplier relationships
- Certifications in one or more of MSP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, Prince2, Certified Scrum Master are nice to have
