YOUR ROLE
You will be joining our Agile Delivery, Scrum, and Coaching capability. We're part of the Digital Factories Tribe, which is part of the Business Technology business unit. As a member of our team, you will become part of a growing and dynamic community of technology professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise driven by userâcentred design, critical thinking, and innovative digital services and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Agile Product Delivery
- Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques, aligning with Agile values such as individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Assess the Agile Maturity of teams and organisations, guiding them to higher levels of maturity while promoting Scrum values like commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage.
- Team Leadership and Empowerment
- Provide leadership and empowerment to crossâfunctional teams, fostering a culture grounded in Scrum values and Agile principles.
- Matrixâmanage multidisciplinary teams, encouraging transparency, inspection, and adaptationâthe pillars of Scrum.
- Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, embracing and promoting Scrum values in daily ceremonies and interactions.
- Identify and support the Scrum team and stakeholders in dealing with blockers and impediments, emphasising values such as respect and courage.
- Agile Coaching
- Conduct Agile workshops for development and functional teams, instilling a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Agile values.
- Coach senior management in Agile practices, ensuring topâdown adoption of best practices and fostering transparency as a key Scrum pillar.
- Delivery Management
- Manage the scope of client engagements from inception to closure, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations and Agile values.
- Coordinate resources, prepare delivery teams for kickâoff, and ensure effective completion of milestones, emphasising commitment and customer collaboration from Agile values.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and information flow, following the Agile value of customer collaboration.
- Foster a culture of collaboration with other Agile coaches and build a network with other Agile champions across the organisation, driven by Agile values and Scrum principles.
- Driving Cultural Change
- Champion an agile mindset within client organisations, ensuring teams are at the forefront of industry best practices while embodying Scrum values.
- Learning and Development
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Actively engage in your own learning and development, staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving frameworks to bring fresh insights to the team.
- Contribute to the growth and expertise of Capgemini Invent through business and practice development activities, cultivating a culture that thrives on continuous learning and innovation.

- Business Development â Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution â Campaign development, internal thinkâtanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development â Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in undertaking roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles. We welcome candidates from all sectors and markets from public sector organisations to startâups.
- Experience in delivering multiâdisciplinary products and working in crossâfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery management and collaboration such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro etc.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead from the front and when to allow teams to selfâmanage.

LOCATION AND REMUNERATION
Location base: London, Manchester or Glasgow. You must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods away from home on short notice. We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent on grade and company and personal performance. In order to commence a role with Capgemini UK plc you will be required to provide documentary proof prior to joining the Company that you are entitled to live and work in the UK.
