frog - Marketing Strategy & Transformation Consultant/Senior Consultant ā a role that blends consulting expertise with deep marketing technology knowledge to accelerate clients' growth through Martech-enabled transformation. The position focuses on designing and delivering innovative marketing strategy programs, developing MarTech and AdTech ecosystems, and driving AI-integrated marketing practices.
Responsibilities
- Define modern MarTech and AdTech ecosystems for clients and deliver solutions that improve ROI and enable marketing strategies.
- Embed marketing services and MarTech capabilities into operating models, governance frameworks, and supporting processes.
- Analyze and optimize clients' marketing services and MarTech stacks, identify inefficiencies, and design operations that maximize ROI.
- Provide objective insights on products, tools, and approaches within the marketing services and MarTech space.
- Stay informed on best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, marketing automation, content and social media.
- Help organisations unlock AI potential by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing practices.
- Represent frog across functional and industry areas, including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, and Public Sector.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in consultancy, agency, or industry with a proven track record of delivering marketing transformations.
- Highālevel understanding of MarTech or AdTech and the ability to deliver marketing technology solutions to clients.
- Experience turning business objectives into capabilities and mapping those capabilities to technical solutions.
- Background driving digital transformation in marketing strategy, futureāfit operations, and activation of content, data, & technology to deliver growth.
- Industry experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector.
