Your role involves:
- Leading the pursuit and delivery of major advisory, consulting and transformation services across our sector.
- Setting the direction, driving forward the business, owning senior client relationships, orchestrating teams, modelling our values and behaviours, and coaching junior members of the team.
- Contributing to business development through proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitch contributions.
- Internal contributions such as campaign development, internal think‐tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
- Learning and development activities to support career growth and skills demand within the company.
Your profile should include:
- Significant experience within Consulting in the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Highly developed consulting skills from a major Consulting firm or industry with a Consulting background.
- Substantial business development experience, generating at least £2m pa of consulting revenues.
- Proven success in a matrixed organisation and ability to enlist support from peers.
- Experience in proposition building and leading high‐performing teams.
- Extensive experience working with senior leadership in shaping Digital transformation programmes.
- Expertise in delivering digital delivery and innovation within the Energy, Transition and Utilities sector.
- Knowledge of implementing smart grid technologies, IoT asset management technologies, and CRM systems.
- Expert facilitation skills for Program Planning, Design Thinking, and Strategy.
