Join our Data & AI Strategy team as a Data & AI Value Strategist. Be part of the future of AI, where we’re not just advising clients, we’re actively challenging, disrupting and reinventing traditional business models by embedding AI across the full enterprise lifecycle.
YOUR ROLE
- This role is pivotal in building and leading our new Data & AI Value capability, designed to complement our existing Data & AI Strategy team. You will define the vision, structure and operating model for this capability, ensuring it becomes a core part of how we help clients realise measurable business value from data and AI investments.
- Working closely with our strategy experts, you will establish frameworks, methodologies and propositions that position Capgemini Invent as a market leader in value‑driven data and AI transformation.
- Define Value Frameworks – lead the development of robust value frameworks and benefit models to quantify the impact of data and AI initiatives across clients.
- Build Business Cases for Change – create compelling business cases that articulate tangible benefits of data and AI investments.
- Engage Executives and Shape Vision – partner with C‑suite stakeholders to secure buy‑in, shape vision and influence decision‑making.
- Translate Strategy into Execution – design strategic roadmaps that convert complex data and AI business vision into clear, actionable plans.
- Track and Measure Realised Value – establish mechanisms to monitor and report on the realised value of data and AI investments over time.
- Develop the Next Generation of Value Strategists – coach and mentor consultants to grow as subject‑matter experts in value realisation.
- Collaborate with Business and Technology Leaders – build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Establish and Scale the Capability – define the operating model, build the team and develop go‑to‑market propositions.
YOUR PROFILE
As the founding leader of our Data & AI Value capability, you’ll be entrepreneurial, strategic and passionate about helping organisations unlock measurable business value from data and AI. You will combine strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in value modelling and executive engagement.
