Your Profile
Our ideal candidate will bring a combination of the following skills and experience:
- A background in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations to deliver a step-change in performance;
- Experience in leading the implementation of digital technologies to manufacturing and/or supply chain operations;
- A passion for leading operational improvements with a focus on employee engagement and empowerment;
- A curiosity about the use of digital technologies and an interest in how these can be used for ātriple bottom lineā improvements;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop persuasive business cases that drive investment and organisational change.
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions;
- Experience of proposition building and delivery;
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or with experience in a blue-chip industrial company.
