YOUR ROLE
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead the development and execution of HRdata governance strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals.
- Define and implementingknowledge management frameworksto help clients capture, structure, and consider HR data flows across the organization.
- Contribute to HR data migrationplanning and readiness during system transitions, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide strategic advisory to HR and business leaders on data lifecycle management, including archiving, retention, and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the organizational and strategic challenges of data governance, knowledge management, and HR transformation.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
- Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Familiarity with HR systems and platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow
- Experience in HR data governance, knowledge management, data cleanse, and data migration within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of the HR data lifecycle, including data quality, ownership, retention, and compliance (e.g., GDPR)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience supporting HR operating model design and embedding data governance into service delivery structures.
Optional:
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) /c.4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
