YOUR ROLE Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) team are at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation.
You will have the opportunity to work across sector, whilst having the scope to shape your career towards a specific capability set or sector as you develop within our organisation.

You will be working alongside some of the industries leading process experts, with a wealth of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process design and transformation, Process Mining, and Intelligent Automation technologies.
Delivering through a range of difference methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and SAFe No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, businesses and lives.
Working within the Automation squad as a Director, you will be expected to originate, lead new/existing automation engagements, drive sales, expand accounts, develop new accounts, manage bookings, and project deliverables.
Leaning both on technical acumen as well as wider strategy and transformation experience, you will act as a trusted advisor to the client(s.) You will also be responsible for engaging Partners rendering the ability to X-Ray processes and uncover hidden bottlenecks often accelerating traditional discoveries.
– Process Excellence – Leveraging process and delivery excellence, in combination with broader capabilities supports our clients in their transformation journeys.
Whether it be creating new business models, optimising business performance or driving the sustainability agenda.
In this role you will play a key role in: Lead Project Engagements Enabling sales through Origination, Market Making and Sell On Aiding the management of the IPP capability Leading RFPs and Proposals Constructing standard and bespoke deals Providing architectural oversight for automation solutions As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
