Your Role
You will design and deliver innovative supply‑chain solutions for global companies, working closely with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges, design future operating models, and implement those solutions. You will lead major workstreams or smaller projects, shaping the project scope, quality and timeline, and contributing to commercial goals.
Business‑Development Contribution
- Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
- Develop internal campaigns, whitepapers, and practice outputs.
- Participate in learning & development activities and certifications.
Your Profile
- Deep knowledge of supply‑chain planning (network, production, distribution, materials, inventory, S&OP/IBP).
- Experience in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive or related industries, or consulting on planning improvements.
- Current or past consulting experience at a major consulting firm.
- Track record of delivery in supply‑chain improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of technology and planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9).
- Experience building and delivering consulting propositions in matrixed organisations.
