You’ll have gained early experience either independently or within project teams, with exposure to areas such as:

  • Supporting Oracle HCM projects in a functional role.
  • Assisting with implementation activities, ensuring readiness from a business and HR perspective.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to solution design.

This role offers a strong foundation to further grow your consulting career while developing both your Oracle expertise and broader HR transformation skills.

As part of your role you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through:

  • Internal Contribution – Getting involved in practice initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge sharing and team events.
  • Learning & Development – Actively pursuing training, certifications and continuous learning aligned to your career path.

We’re looking for people with hands‑on Oracle HCM configuration experience who are keen to transition into a role with an advisory focus. While this role is not purely technical, your practical Oracle background will be essential in enabling you to provide effective and credible advisory support to clients. An ideal candidate will also bring:

  • Adaptability and a willingness to work across different roles, modules and project needs.
  • SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it (required for government projects).

We value curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learning. If you’re passionate about service‑led, technology‑enabled transformation and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be part of the Employee Experience & HR team, which has a collaborative culture.
