YOUR ROLE
Join our team as a key player in building cutting-edge Gen AI full-stack applications. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the team to develop Gen AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) for clients using technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.
- Scale existing POCs to production-ready solutions for customer use.
- Design and develop Full Stack applications for both Gen AI and non-Gen AI projects.
- Support the development of infrastructure to enable robust end-to-end solutions.
- Grow your skills by exploring and experimenting with emerging technologies, including Gen AI.
- Share your expertise by coaching and mentoring team members, fostering skill development within the team.

YOUR PROFILE
To be considered for this position you must meet below requirements
- Eligibility
- You need to hold an active SC (Security Check) Clearance or be eligible for such level of clearance.
- Technical Expertise
- Backend Development: Experience in building microservices using either Python with Fast API, or Type Script with Express or equivalent
- Frontend Development: Experience in building React applications using Type Script, leveraging frameworks such as Next. js or Vite.
- Gen AI Frameworks: Familiarity with tools like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, or Vercel AI (in Python or Java Script).
- LLM experience: Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Open AI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Llama, and tools like Ollama.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS or Azure for hosting and deployment.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
- Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Exposure to tools like Terraform.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with LLM monitoring tools like Langsmith, Langfuse, or similar.
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Git Lab, Git Hub, or Jenkins.
- Database Management
- Vector Databases: Experience with and (but not limited to) Chroma DB, Pinecone, PGVector, Mongo DB , Qdrant etc.
- No SQL: Familiarity with No SQL databases (e. g., Mongo DB preferred).
- SQL: Experience working with SQL databases like Postgre SQL.
- Version Control
- Proficient in Git and version control platforms like Git Hub, Git Lab, etc.
- Work Methodology
- Experience working in an agile team environment.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adapting your approach based on the audience and context.
