Capgemini Invent is looking for a committed Cloud Senior Consultant to join our Digital Excellence team. At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. YOUR ROLE
- As a Cloud Engineer within the Business Technology practice, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, develop automated build and deployment pipelines, implement monitoring and alerting, troubleshoot production issues, ensure security and compliance, and optimize infrastructure across public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Be a senior or lead engineer.
- Work with the architect and cross‑discipline teams to implement CI/CD automation for the team’s needs.
- Be responsible for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, build, deployment and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code.
- Work with clients and internal teams to develop new opportunities and create a DevOps culture.
- Provide operational support including application monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues, coaching and mentoring them, while growing your own skills by experimenting with and learning new technologies.

YOUR PROFILE
- To be considered for this position you must hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance, or be eligible to gain this level of clearance.
- 5+ years experience with multiple cloud technologies and services, with strong experience in Azure, GCP and/or OCI.
- Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc).
- Extensive experience with containerisation, virtualisation, and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience setting up and using monitoring and alerting tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc).
- Experience with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Packer, Chef).
- Experience with testing tooling (Selenium, Cucumber, etc).
- Experience scripting (bash/shell).
- Ability to support deployment pipelines for various technologies including Java Spring Boot microservices, NodeJS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud components.
- Experience using version control (Git) and online platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience working in an agile team environment.
- Strong soft‑skills for consulting: time and risk management, problem solving, empathy.
