Your Role
Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) consultants are at the forefront of digital process and operations transformation. You will have the opportunity to work across sector, with the scope to shape your career towards a specific capability set or sector as you develop within our organisation. IPP is the focal area where you can test your abilities in ambiguous territory and grow within Capgemini Invent.
You will be working alongside some of the industry’s leading process experts, with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process design and transformation, Process Mining, and Intelligent Automation technologies. Delivering through methodologies such as Agile Scrum and SAFe.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading and delivering intelligent automation solutions: Using RPA, IDP and low-code platforms to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborating across teams: Design, implement and optimize end-to-end processes using Agile, Lean and Six Sigma.
- Leveraging data-driven insights: Use process mining to uncover inefficiencies and accelerate transformation initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor: Manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks and contribute to business development efforts.
- Shaping your career: Within IPP, consultants have the option to develop deep expertise in Automation, Process Intelligence, or Process Excellence, while gaining core consulting skills.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities in the following areas:
- Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you’ll likely have some or all of the following:
- Proven experience in Intelligent Automation Consulting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, curiosity for innovation, and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Awareness of automation’s role in sustainability and a drive to make meaningful impact.
- Experience leading teams and managing aspects of the end-to-end intelligent automation lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive delivery in ambiguous environments.
- Advanced technology stack experience: practical knowledge of automation and enterprise platforms including UiPath, Appian, Celonis, Azure Cognitive Services, SAP, Oracle, and Power Platform — plus awareness of tools like Hyperscience, Blue Prism, and ServiceNow.
- Hands-on development experience in RPA, IDP, NLP, ML, low-code platforms, and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, supported by qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics).

- Process & Platform Expertise: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle) across major back-office functions such as Finance. Technical skills include exposure to UiPath, Appian, Power Platform, Celonis, Hyperscience, Azure Cognitive Services, Python, Spacy, and Knime. Understanding of IoT and Agentic AI, with certifications in Agile or Waterfall methodologies to support structured delivery in complex environments.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
