Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our programme team, utilising and enhancing AI Accelerators to speed up and where possible automate the process. The Lead Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering complex, multi-technology solutions within the business. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities to ensure high-quality engineering practices and alignment with business standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Delivery: Design, describe, and oversee large-scale, multi-technology solutions for projects. Ensure compliance with engineering best practices and security standards.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop technical and professional skills. Actively contribute to the programme leadership team.
- Stakeholder Management: Interface with senior stakeholders across the business. Act as a trusted advisor, influencing technical direction and business outcomes.
- Business Impact: Identify opportunities for innovation and contribute to planning activities.
