Test Lead / Test Analyst in Milton Keynes

Role 1:

Role Title: SAP Success Factors - Test Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes, UK
Days on site: 2-3 days a week

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and user stories to create test scenarios, test cases, and test data

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules

• Validate configurations and customisations across SuccessFactors solutions (e.g., EC, RCM, LMS, PMGM)

• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM and ensure timely resolution

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers during test cycles

• Support UAT coordination, including test planning, execution tracking, and reporting

• Ensure data integrity and validate interfaces with upstream/downstream systems

• Participate in release management and deployment validation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)

• Hands-on knowledge of one or more modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS

• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)

• Understanding of HR business processes

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Role 2:

Role Title: Functional Test Lead
Location: Milton Keynes, UK
Days on site: 2-3 days/week

Role Description:

- Lead functional testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to ensure testability.
- Prepare and manage test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution.
- Coordinate with business users, product owners, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track, prioritize, and manage defects through closure.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Provide regular status updates, test metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Support release planning, go-live readiness, and production validation activities.
- Manage onsite-offshore coordination and ensure effective delivery governance.

Role 3:

Role Title: Salesforce Test Lead
Location: Milton Keynes, UK
Days on site: 2-3 days/week

Role Description:

- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce applications
- Define test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution approach.
- Manage functional, integration, system, regression testing.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and offshore testing teams.
- Review and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Track defects, drive resolution with development teams, and ensure closure within SLA.
- Provide regular status updates, test metrics, risk assessments, and quality reports to client stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards, processes, and best practices.
- Mentor junior testers and coordinate onsite-offshore delivery activities.
