We are looking for a highly skilled Camunda BPM Developer with strong expertise in workflow orchestration and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Camunda, Java-based backend technologies, and React-based frontend development. You should be passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications using modern engineering practices like TDD and CI/CD. Experience in Agile environments and enterprise systems will be a strong advantage.

Your Role:

Experienced Camunda BPM Engineer with strong expertise in Camunda 8 BPMN 20 Java Spring Boot REST APIs and GitLab CICD Responsible for designing developing and deploying enterprise workflow orchestration solutions on cloudnative platforms

Design and develop lending origination workflows using Camunda 8 for process orchestration.

Implement service-task-driven integrations using Java-based job workers.

Build and integrate React-based user interfaces for handling user tasks.

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and SQL-based systems.

Analyze business requirements and deliver clean, scalable, and testable code.

Ensure all features and user stories are delivered with 100% automated test coverage.

Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies and keep JIRA updated regularly.

Provide 3rd line support for production and assist with 1st line UAT support.

Ensure compliance with CIB metrics (including TADS) and maintain quality standards.
Your Skills:

Design and implement business workflows using Camunda 8 and BPMN 20 standards

Develop and deploy workflow solutions leveraging GitLab CICD pipelines and cloud platforms

Integrate Camunda processes with enterprise applications APIs and microservices

Support process analysis automation and transformation initiatives aligned to enterprise architecture and security standards

Work with ClaudeClaude Code and AIassisted engineering tools to accelerate process modelling workflow generation and validation activities

Collaborate with architects engineers and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment
