Collateral Management Treasury Operations Strong understanding of OTCCCP margining Initial Margin IM Variation Margin VM CSA agreements collateral workflows and treasury processes
Python SQL Data Analytics Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis reconciliation validation reporting and migration support

Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Knowledge of LCR Liquidity Coverage Ratio NSFR Net Stable Funding Ratio and treasury liquidity reporting frameworks
Alteryx Tableau Power BI Data visualization reporting automation and analytical dashboarding capabilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full business analysis lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and production handover
Analyze complex collateral and treasury datasets to support migration reconciliation and reporting activities
Create business requirements functional specifications process maps and testing documentation
Partner with technology teams during development testing deployment and transition to BAU support
Support global transformation initiatives involving treasury collateral and liquidity reporting platforms
Engage with stakeholders across business operations and technology functions
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Treasury Operations Collateral Management or Middle Office environments
Strong knowledge of OTC and CCP margining IMVM processes and CSA agreements
Advanced SQL and Python skills for data analysis and reconciliation activities
Experience delivering largescale transformation or migration programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Alteryx Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of liquidity reporting frameworks including LCR and NSFR
Agile delivery experience using JIRA and Confluence
