Role Title: Gloss SME (Subject Matter Expert) – Broadridge Platform

Role Description:
Seeking an experienced Gloss SME with strong expertise in the Broadridge Gloss platform and post-trade processing within Capital Markets. The candidate will act as the functional and technical expert, supporting implementation, enhancement, integration, and operational support of Broadridge Gloss solutions across securities processing, settlements, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Broadridge Gloss solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements from Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
- Configure and support Gloss modules, workflows, interfaces, and reporting.
- Drive system upgrades, migrations, testing, and production releases.
- Investigate production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Broadridge, business users, and development teams to deliver platform improvements.
- Support regulatory, reconciliation, and operational change initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Broadridge Gloss.
- Deep understanding of securities operations, settlements, custody, asset servicing, and post-trade processing.
- Experience with system integration, data mapping, and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience in investment banking, custody, or capital markets environments.
