Role Title: Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Role Description:
We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the intersection of software engineering, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner closely with business teams and customers to design, build, and deploy scalable technology solutions that solve complex business challenges.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on development, client interaction, problem-solving, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications and services.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Develop full-stack solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Drive solution architecture, system integration, and cloud-native deployments.
- Follow engineering best practices, including TDD, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
### Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 21+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API development.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
### Preferred Skills
- Experience in Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Understanding of SDLC and GitFlow branching strategies.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
