We are looking for a Solution Architect with working experience in Teamcenter to work in the defense sector.
Responsibilities
- Design, propose and implement an end-to-end Teamcenter solution based on a customer’s business and technical requirements.
- Author and present design documents for Teamcenter based implementations.
- Support internal and customer application teams in Teamcenter upgrades.
- Support application teams in migration of Teamcenter client installations from RAC to Active workspace.
- Participate and contribute as a valued team member in IT Software projects using the Teamcenter platform.
- Support project teams by sharing expertise on how to configure/customise Teamcenter efficiently.
- Identify and propose optimisations of existing Teamcenter customisation.
- Understand and teach design & quality standards for Teamcenter customisation whilst ensuring data governance and industry compliance, subject to a customer’s exacting requirements.
Your profile
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience preferred working with Teamcenter.
- Technical knowledge in Teamcenter UA Products such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management, Active workspace configuration and Customisation, Teamcenter architecture and Data Model configuration.
- Knowledge of other Teamcenter capabilities such as Quality Management, Easyplan, Shop Floor Connect, would also be of benefit.
- Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework.
- Teamcenter solution designing for both customer on-premises and cloud installations.
- Knowledge and experience of integration with third party applications such as SAP S/4Hana, CAD and MCAD Tools.
- Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server with CAD integrations.
- Declarative UI configuration (Active Workspace) and Customisation.
- C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & customisation).
- Good knowledge of web technologies e.g., XSLT, HTML, Java script, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, Web methods & webservice architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and build to run.
