We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the design, development, and lifecycle management of complex technical systems.

You will apply rigorous systems engineering practices to elicit requirements, specify solutions, and manage epics through their evolution in agile environments.

Working with stakeholders, domain specialists, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure solutions meet exacting standards while maintaining traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders and specialists to understand domain requirements, business use cases, and solution architecture
  • Analyse complex data sets, documents, and legacy systems to inform requirements and specifications
  • Support epic planning and topic management through agile delivery cycles
  • Develop and evolve comprehensive technical documentation and business requirement specifications
  • Coordinate across multi-disciplinary, distributed teams to deliver safety‑critical or high‑integrity systems
  • Support systems integration, verification, validation, and lifecycle management activities

Your Profile

  • 5+ years delivering systems engineering projects in regulated or high‑integrity environments
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
  • Strong experience with MBSE (Model‑Based Systems Engineering) frameworks , methodologies and 3D Experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in requirements management, system specification, and traceability
  • Experience translating business use cases into technical requirements
  • Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to use case clarity
  • Proficiency in authoring natural language specifications and technical documentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary environments
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving technical and business priorities

Desirable Qualifications

  • Professional Systems Engineering certification (e. g., INCOSE ASEP/CSEP/ESEP) or clear commitment to pursue certification
  • Proficiency with Cameo System Modeller or similar MBSE tools
  • Advanced experience with Sys ML/UML modelling
  • Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform or similar enterprise systems
