The Staffing Manager will need to liaise with the Engineering Unit Managers, Engineers, Talent Acquisition, Sales, Delivery and Procurement to achieve this. • Utilising all sources of supply to meet demands.
  • Ensuring data capture and integrity of allocations, bench, rotation and attrition.
  • Analysing and reporting on actual and forecast allocations, attrition and grade pyramids.
  • Maintaining pyramids for larger projects to optimise resourcing skills.
  • Ensuring bench time is used effectively.
  • Ensuring CVs for resources are up to date as well as the skills map.
  • Ensuring rotation of resources for diversification of skills and experiences.

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini, building an inclusive future is part of everyday life. We have built a representative and welcoming environment for everyone.

  • 5+ years of successfully delivering and service implementation.
  • Experience of working at management level.
  • Management of resource risk through the lifecycle of bid and delivery of projects.
  • A developed understanding of how resources support and enable within an engineering business.
  • Knowledge of RETAIN or WHOZ or Pick Your Skills (Resource Management Applications).

To be successfully appointed to this role, you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
