Hybrid: 1-3 days per week on site

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Definition: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, comprising members from Procurement, Logistics, Quality, IT, Engineering, Production, and other relevant departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in through regular communication, workshops, and steering committee meetings.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (e.g., technical, operational, financial, human resources).
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure project completion within defined constraints.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Benefit Realization: Ensure that project outcomes deliver the expected benefits and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the client supply chain.
