Your role
As a PLM Business/Process Consultant, you will assess, plan, and implement PLM solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will drive change, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of PLM systems across engineering and manufacturing functions.
The focus is on leading successful PLM system implementations by evaluating current processes, aligning goals, and driving organisational change. This involves engaging stakeholders, managing transitions, and ensuring adoption through effective communication, training, and performance tracking.
- Assessment & Strategy: Analyse existing workflows, plan transitions, and align PLM capabilities with business objectives.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Engage leadership, manage resistance, and ensure smooth organisational adaptation.
- Enablement & Performance: Deliver training, monitor adoption, and refine strategies based on KPIs and user feedback.
Your profile
- Proven experience in PLM implementation and business process consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
- Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to develop and execute training and enablement programmes.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
