Job Overview

This role involves data management activities, including receipt and quality checking of operational data related to manufacturing concessions, entering data into management tools for analysis, processing, and reporting. The position requires liaising with on-site engineers, monitoring the SAP Concessions system, and allocating work to the MRB team.

Location & Details

Location: Bristol. Hybrid working model combining office, client sites, and remote work. Pre-employment checks include identity, employment history, and criminal record checks.

Your Responsibilities

1. Register and quality check received data.
2. Identify and extract engineering data, including repeats and issues.
3. Validate data and resolve queries with originators or engineers.
4. Format and load data into management systems.
5. Allocate work to engineering teams.
6. Monitor data workflow and progress.
7. Collate and issue final data products.
8. Archive data appropriately.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings and processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Methodical, logical, and deadline-oriented approach.
• Eager to learn new skills.
