As a technical PM, you will lead a blended team of engineers, change, training and process experts, client architects and configuration experts focused on upgrading engineering capabilities for a key Defence client. You will be responsible for ensuring effective project execution, adhering to 12‑week sprints to rapidly deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a complex, multi‑vendor delivery environment.

Your role includes:

  • Leading and facilitating sprint ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, reviews, show‑and‑tells and problem‑solve sessions.
  • Managing project scope, schedule and resources to ensure successful delivery of capability initiatives.
  • Removing impediments and creating an environment where the team can be effective and self‑organising.
  • Tracking project progress, managing risks, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitating cross‑functional collaboration between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Leading lessons‑learned ceremonies to learn from experience and continuously improve future sprints.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Design Engineer or Project Manager in complex engineering or delivery environments.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to KPIs / SLAs.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application in non‑agile, complex engineering projects.
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defence, engineering, manufacturing and/or business and technological change/transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of CAD/PLM tools (preferably NX/Teamcenter) and their application in engineering environments.
