Your role In this pivotal role, you\’ll shape and lead the quality strategy, architecting robust Quality Management Systems and driving continuous improvement across aerospace and defence projects. As a subject matter expert, you\’ll influence key functions from sales to delivery, ensuring excellence through audits, certifications, and process optimisation. * Lead Quality Strategy: Own and evolve the AS9100D Quality Management System to meet top-tier industry standards. * Be the Expert: Act as the go-to authority on auditing, Six Sigma, and service management across high-impact projects. * Drive Certifications: Spearhead external audit initiatives with aerospace and defence clients and bodies like BSI. * Champion Improvement: Launch and lead continuous improvement programs to boost performance and efficiency. * Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally to enhance processes and showcase Capgemini’s platforms and capabilities. Your profile 1. Experience of SABRe4 aerospace quality systems essential. 2. Familiarity with other quality standards, such as AS9100D is preferred. 3. Proven experience in conducting audits and managing QMS, with CQA or similar certification preferred. 4. Advanced skills in SharePoint administration and Visio process flow preferred.
