About the job you\’re considering
Capgemini Engineering are looking for a dedicated, passionate Delivery Manager to join our civil aerospace delivery team within Capgemini Engineering. We are looking for an individual with experience in the Civil Aerospace Domain, who has a strong desire for career advancement and the ability to put our customers at the center of Delivery.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
Reporting to the Delivery Executive, the Delivery Manager will oversee all aspects of delivery within their assigned aerospace account to ensure positive customer experience and controlled performance of our engagement portfolio. You will also:
• Collaborate with your partnered Client Partner(s) to ensure we align Capgemini services to meet customer expectations in a competitive environment and that relevant new services as well as growth of existing ones are championed.
• Build strong customer relationships and demonstrate objective customer satisfaction.
• Actively drive delivery-led selling of Capgemini capability/offerings across assigned accounts.
• Meet financial and non-financial targets for assigned accounts, including leading profitability improvement initiatives and transformation.

Your skills and experience
• Reporting to the Aerospace Delivery Executive, you will manage a diverse engagement team and portfolio of engagements
• Actively optimize delivery performance through a number of different levers
• Manage engagement distribution across your team of engagement managers to balance the portfolio commitments.
• Manage a number of engagements yourself along with the financial management including: revenue reporting, profitability tracking, invoicing, client management, risk and opportunity management, bidding, proposal writing and other.
• Monitor and forecast the financial performance to maximize contribution margin across Accounts.
• Forecast and manage the capacity and skills required to deliver current and future engagements and services.

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
