Your Role

We are looking to expand our team with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Consultants with Financial Services experience.

• The role involves client engagements related to challenges faced by capital markets firms in current market and regulatory environments.
• You will provide consulting, business analysis, and project management services to clients, supported by early-career analysts and leveraging experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• You will contribute to projects by applying your knowledge of trade and transaction reporting challenges.
• You will support broader practice efforts through knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development.

Your Profile

• Experience in consulting or financial services is beneficial.
• Interest or knowledge in topics such as:

• Project management
• Business analysis
• Consulting
• Trade and transaction reporting
• Regulatory change
• Data and analytics
• Controls

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills (internal and client-facing).
• Teamwork, collaboration, and promoting an inclusive culture.
• Resilience under pressure, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Self-starter with autonomy, initiative, and openness to guidance.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data interpretation/manipulation skills.
