Company Overview: Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading wholesale distributor supplying a wide range of agricultural, household, and construction hardware products across Northern Ireland. Due to a significant period of growth, they are now recruiting for an Internal Sales / Customer Service representative to help support the growth and long-term plans of the business.

Responsibilities in your new role:

  • Inbound calls from customers, taking orders and updating the system
  • Processing telephone and email orders
  • Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
  • Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
  • Provide after sales support to customers and contractors
  • Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative and make informed decisions
