We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Contracts Manager to join our clients growing team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of contract administration from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Oversee project budgets, including cost forecasting and reporting, to meet financial goals.
* Identify and address potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
* Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor\’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
* At least 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, ideally with a leading contractor.
* Solid understanding of construction contracts, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with contract management tools.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking.
