Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading wholesale distributor supplying a wide range of agricultural, household, and construction hardware products across Northern Ireland. Due to a significant period of growth, they are now recruiting for an Internal Sales / Customer Service representative to help support the growth and long-term plans of the business.
Responsibilities in your new role:
- Inbound calls from customers, taking orders and updating the system
- Processing telephone and email orders
- Liaise with customers to inform them of any price discrepancies on orders, stock availability issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
- Internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
- Provide after sales support to customers and contractors
- Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
What you will need to succeed:
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use your own initiative and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
