Capella House is part of Helix Learning Trust, which brings together five mainstream schools and three specialist schools serving children and young people aged 4 to 19 across the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Our family of schools includes three nursery and primary schools, two secondary schools, a joint sixth form, and three special schools, alongside five Specialist Resource Provisions within our mainstream settings. Our classes, with a maximum of 8 pupils, are supported by dedicated teachers, HLTAs, TAs, and our own team of speech and occupational therapists and assistants. All our KS4 pupils have opportunities to access a range of qualifications, including Entry Level, Functional skills and GCSE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and committed teacher to join our Primary Team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be fast learners, and have the ability to work as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Whether you bring experience from mainstream education with a demonstrable interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or from a special education background, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: UQ1-MPS6 + SEN Allowance (Outer London) - Unqualified scales apply to unqualified applicants, while the main pay scales apply to qualified teachers.
