About The Role and Person

The College is seeking a dedicated SpLD Tutor to join its Learning Support team at Capel Manor College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and supporting students with Dyslexia and other Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD). They will collaborate with staff to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs and will carry out examination access arrangements in line with Joint Council of Qualifications regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a SEND role within Further Education, Sixth Form College, or Secondary School, with a proven track record in developing effective support plans. Strong organizational skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.
