An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College as we seek to appoint a Lecturer in Floristry to provide high-quality teaching and learning on our Floristry courses. Our department of Floristry, event styling and creative arts offers a wide range of courses ranging from the Level 1 Foundation Diploma in Floristry through to the Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry. It also runs a number of short workshops throughout the year, including floral tablescaping designs, winter wreath and eco-floristry workshops.
We are looking for an experienced floristry tutor to join the team to teach on a range of our floristry courses at Enfield. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floristry and for teaching and sharing their experience and knowledge. They will provide high-quality teaching on the College’s Floristry courses and ensure the effective learning of students being taught. This will involve:
- Preparing and delivering stimulating lessons
- Setting goals that stretch and challenge all students
- Monitoring and assessing student progress
- Giving feedback
- Consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours expected of students

The actual salary for this role: £14,405 - £22,197 inclusive of London Weighting.
