Capel Manor College has an exciting opportunity and is currently looking for a Director of Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions to lead the College’s integrated marketing, communications, recruitment and admissions functions. The role is responsible for developing and delivering a data-driven strategy that builds brand awareness, drives student recruitment and ensures a seamless admissions experience.

The postholder will lead the transformation and integration of teams, strengthen school outreach and engagement, oversee key recruitment events and admissions processes, manage budgets and performance, and ensure continuous improvement across services. The role also provides strategic oversight of Customer Support Services, Front of House and Executive Support functions to ensure high-quality, customer-focused administrative services.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with strong experience in marketing, recruitment or admissions. They will have a track record of delivering effective marketing strategies, leading teams through change and using data and insight to drive results. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage budgets, partnerships and complex projects while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and service excellence.
