Capel Manor College is seeking an enthusiastic Employability Coach to support adults across London Talent Pathways and Skills Bootcamps. You will provide one-to-one coaching, run engaging employability workshops and help learners build confidence to secure employment, apprenticeships or further learning.
As part of the Employer Skills, Innovation & Growth team, you will liaise with employers and curriculum teams to prepare learners for interviews, assist with applications and coordinate.
