- Using CRM systems to manage employer engagement activity and report against programme targets.
- Contributing to contractual performance measures including job outcomes and employer satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities to develop longer‑term partnerships that benefit both employers and learners.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, attend networking events or meet employers face‑to‑face. You’ll ideally have experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability or account management and be confident working with a range of stakeholders. Most importantly, you’ll be organised, proactive and passionate about helping people progress into sustainable employment.
At Capel Manor College, you’ll join a friendly and ambitious team committed to making a real difference to communities across London. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with leading employers, influence workforce development across the capital and contribute to one of London’s most exciting employment and skills programmes.
