Capel Manor College is seeking a Lecturer in Floristry to provide high-quality teaching and learning on our Floristry courses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching on the College's Floristry courses, including the Level 1 Foundation Diploma, Level 2, Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma, and short workshops.
- Prepare and deliver stimulating lessons, set challenging goals for students, monitor and assess progress, give constructive feedback, and model positive attitudes, values and behaviour.
- Engage with industry and commission work, supporting employer‑led projects, student competitions, and maintaining a strong track record of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Experienced floristry tutor with relevant industry experience.
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students.
- Ability to impart knowledge, develop understanding, and promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity.
Salary £14,405 – £22,197 inclusive of London Weighting (based on experience and qualifications).
