We are working with a leading national law firm who are looking to add an experienced Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Senior Level) to join their office in London. Our client is a top tier practice and is wanting a talented lawyer to undertake professional indemnity work.
As a brief background, our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFA’s, accountants, brokers and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and assist with complex insurance litigation in all areas of financial lines and professional lines. Here you will work on a range of professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.
THE CANDIDATE
- 8 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients.
- You will have experience of handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors' and Officers' liability.
- You will have the opportunity to join a modern and growing law firm as a Senior Lawyer, and you will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly.
- You will also work as part of the business which encourages homeworking as a flexible employer.
