I'm currently recruiting for a highly regarded employment team in Manchester that is looking to hire at two levels: 2–4 PQE and 7+ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for employment lawyers with a strong leaning towards non-contentious employment work, particularly those who have experience advising on:

  • Collective redundancies
  • Trade union matters
  • Organisational change projects
  • Changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Large-scale workforce restructuring exercises

The firm is seeing significant growth in this area of work and is keen to speak with lawyers who can help support and develop this expanding practice. Ideally, candidates will be coming from one of the larger commercial firms in Manchester or a comparable national practice.

What sets this opportunity apart is the quality of the team. You'll join a genuinely supportive and collaborative employment group that combines top quality work with a friendly, down to earth culture. The team is known for delivering excellent client service while maintaining an environment where people enjoy working together and have fun along the way.

If you have relevant experience and are looking to join a thriving employment practice with ambitious growth plans and an outstanding team culture, I’d love to hear from you.
