The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of Insurance matters – from claims management, coverage disputes and policy wordings to advising on Corporate Casualty claims, organising Client presentations and negotiating with insurers and related recoveries.The ideal candidate will Newly Qualified (or with up to 5PQE) and will have had good experience of dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for professional indemnity advice.
