Team Leader — Catastrophic & Serious Injury Solicitor (Claimant Personal Injury [PI], Multi-Track)
Remote Working – Leeds Office | Up to £90,000 + excellent benefits & bonus
We’re recruiting for a leading claimant practice seeking a Team Leader to help run a high-performing Catastrophic & Serious Injury department. This is a visible leadership role for a proven catastrophic injury solicitor who loves coaching others and delivering results on complex multi-track RTA & EL/PL cases.
What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise a serious injury caseload/team; set strategy on liability, quantum and evidence.
- Own quality/risk: CPR compliance, budgeting/costs, file reviews and KPI delivery.
- Champion rehabilitation & interim payments; apply the Serious Injury Guide and Rehabilitation Code.
- Negotiate confidently (Part 36, JSM/mediation) and develop people through coaching/training.
About you
- Solicitor or CILEX with strong claimant catastrophic/serious injury and multi-track RTA experience.
- Proven supervisor/people leader; expert with complex evidence, experts, counsel and Ogden.
- Tech-enabled, outcome-focused, collaborative communicator.
