The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Defendant Insurance Solicitor to join the Casualty & Catastrophic Injury team of a national law firm, based in Birmingham. The team advises major insurers on complex, high-value claims with a focus on EL/PL and personal injury matters.
Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor or CILEx (minimum 3 years PQE) with experience in Defendant EL/PL.
- Strong background in EL/PL and personal injury claims.
- Experience in managing higher value defendant personal injury claims either independently or assisting senior lawyers.
