A highly regarded boutique law firm, based in Central London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its specialist Employment team. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a close-knit, high-performing practice, known for delivering top-tier employment advice to a carefully selected client base. The firm is recognised for its partner-led approach, strong client relationships, and expertise across complex and high-value employment matters.
Due to continued growth and an increase in instructions, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious employment specialist to support its expanding and sophisticated caseload. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, advising a prestigious mix of corporate clients, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
You will play a central role in advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment law support on corporate transactions
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
- Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Senior executive exits and negotiations
- Day-to-day advisory work on complex and sensitive employment issues
