A leading Tier 1 international law firm, headquartered in Central London, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Employment team. The firm is currently experiencing significant growth and is looking to appoint an ambitious employment specialist to support its expanding client base and complex caseload. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, award-winning team advising a prestigious portfolio of international and domestic clients across a broad range of employment matters.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment law support on corporate transactions
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
- Redundancy programmes and organisational restructuring
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Senior executive exits and negotiations
- Day-to-day advisory work on complex employment issues for corporate clients
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-profile matters, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor more junior members of the team.
