A leading Defendant firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its Employers’ and Public Liability team in Leeds.
You’ll manage a high-quality caseload of Defendant personal injury work on behalf of major insurer and corporate clients, including complex multi-track and catastrophic injury claims. The team deals with a broad range of EL/PL matters — from high-value serious injury and fatal accident cases to complex liability disputes — and is recognised nationally for its technical strength and collaborative culture.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (5+ PQE) with solid Defendant EL/PL experience.
- Proven background handling multi-track, serious or catastrophic injury claims.
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client-care and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise or mentor junior team members.
